Snap is actually a cool feature of Windows 10 I had no idea existed. I finally figured out that maybe after a Windows 10 update or some settings another program changed, that something called Snap settings had changed. This was happening with other programs as well – they would just get stuck at the border between screens. What would happen is the browser would stop and get stuck at the right side of the first monitor’s screen not allow me to drag it to the second monitor’s screen. Settings changed in my Windows 10 setup and I was unable to drag and move my browser to my second monitor.
